Starting new services like coaching can be intimidating. I want to help make this process as smooth as possible for you by helping you feel confident in your decision to work with me. In this free consult we can discuss your presenting problem to make sure it is within my area of expertise and you can ask me questions about my work that might help you come to a decision.
Cancellation Policy
Liability Waiver and Release By submitting payment and booking a coaching session, clients acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: Participation in online coaching sessions carries inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional distress, physical injury, or discomfort. Release of Liability: Clients release Blossom with Erika and its coaches from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by participating in coaching sessions. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blossom with Erika, its coaches, employees, and agents from and against any claims arising from or related to the coaching services provided. Voluntary Participation: Clients acknowledge that participation in coaching sessions is voluntary and that they are participating at their own risk. Legal Age: Clients affirm that they are of legal age and capacity to enter into this agreement. This waiver and release shall be binding upon the clients and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. By booking a coaching session with us, you agree to abide by the above policies.
